Patrick D. Coleman, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Coleman has nearly twenty five years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining GlobalBased, Mr. Coleman served in various senior management positions at Bank of America from May 2005 to June 2007, including as the Head of Global Markets Distribution and as a Member of the Bank of America Securities Operating Committee.

Prior to that, he served as the Head of Global Government Institutions at JPMorgan from January 2004 to May 2005. Mr. Coleman was also a managing director at Credit Suisse, formerly known as Credit Suisse First Boston, from January 1984 to July 2002. He ran several departments including Municipal Trading, Mortgage Backed Securities, and was COO for Global Credit Trading. Mr. Coleman received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Magna Cum Laude, from Boston College.

Frank L. Davis, Director At-Large
Mr. Davis is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of Food for Health International since June 2002. Prior to establishing Food for Health, Mr. Davis owned and operated First Harvest International which he sold to a Fortune 100 Company. He served as the President of Ucoast.com from May 2002 to October 2006. Mr. Davis was nominated in 1996 by Merrill Lynch and Ernst & Young as Entrepreneur of the Year for the State of Utah. His nomination was based on founding a company, Borges Lamont (which evolved into Overstock.com) and growing the company in two years to $30,000,000 in revenue. The company, Borges Lamont, was recognized on Inc. 500 fastest growing companies.

Mr. Davis also founded a network marketing company in 1998, Golf Connections, and after experiencing double digit monthly growth in the first six months, sold the company to a public entity. Mr. Davis received a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Brigham Young University, and completed a Masters Program in Organizational Behavior at the University of Phoenix.

Mark B. Werner, Director At-Large
Mark Werner is a senior level financial industry professional whose career has ranged from senior executive positions in some of the nation's largest financial institutions to advisory positions in both the public and private sector. Mr. Werner is currently the CEO and co-founder of Pierpont Securities.

In 1982, Mr. Werner joined J.P. Morgan & Co., where he headed the firm's activities in U.S. Treasury & Federal Agency Trading, Money Market Trading and Financing, Global Government Trading and North American Rates. He remained with the company through its transition to JPMorgan Chase, and from 2001 to 2004 served as Vice Chairman of JPMorgan Securities, Inc. and head of the North American interest rate markets, futures and options business. He was also a member of the investment bank's Executive Committee. Mr. Werner left JPMorgan Chase to join Bank of America in 2004. Mr. Werner served as chief executive officer for Banc of America Securities at Bank of America Corporation. During his tenure there, he was Head of Global Markets. Most recently, Mr. Werner served as president of Graham Capital Management, a hedge fund with $5.0B in AUM.

Mr. Werner is a current member and past chairman (2004) of the U.S. Treasury Department's Borrowing Advisory Committee, which meets quarterly in Washington, D.C. with the Secretary of the Treasury and his staff to advise them on how current and projected market conditions will influence the financing and management of the Federal debt. Mr. Werner earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics in 1980 from the University of Pennsylvania.

Bob Swindell, Director At-Large
Mr. Swindell is the co-head of the Consumer, Retail & Healthcare Services Group at FBR Capital Markets. He joined FBR from Watch Hill Partners, which he joined in June 2008. Prior to joining Watch Hill Partners, Mr. Swindell was the CEO of Civitas Group LLC, an advisory business focused on national and homeland security. In January 2008, he became the Chairman of Civitas Group.

Prior to Civitas, Mr. Swindell spent 17 years as an investment banker at Lehman Brothers and 5 years at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company. At Lehman Brothers he served as the head of the U.S. Technology Banking, Global Consumer/Industrial and Debt Capital Markets groups within investment banking. Mr. Swindell has extensive capital markets and corporate finance experience, having initiated or executed more than 200 transactions in all product areas.

Mr. Swindell currently serves on the Board of Advisors of the Benefactors Society at the University of Virginia's College of Arts and Sciences and the Board of Trustees of Greenwich Country Day School. He received a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

John S. Bradley, Secretary
Mr. Bradley has extensive experience in advising physicians and physician groups on organizational business and tax matters as well as health care provider regulatory compliance matters. His practice involves all aspects of sophisticated estate planning and wealth preservation for families and individuals as well as strong emphasis on business organization and commercial and corporate transactions.

Mr. Bradley's areas of expertise include: business acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures, business and commercial transactions, health care law, pension and profit sharing plans, family wealth transfers, estate planning, and charitable foundations.

Mr. Bradley received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from University of Utah (1980, magna cum laude) and his Juris Doctor from University of Puget Sound (1983). Thereafter, he was admitted to practice in Utah, the United States District Court for the District of Utah, and United States Tax Court. He has been "AV" rated by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and named one of the Utah Legal Elite Tax Lawyers in the Utah Business Magazine.

Michael Gillespie, President
Mr. Gillespie has over 21 years experience developing marketing and education in the financial services industry. He was a co-founder of the original TrueNorth Corporation in 1992; a distance learning company that pioneered a unique training delivery system designed to increase participant retention and maximize return on training investment. TrueNorth Corp was acquired by FranklinQuest, now known as FranklinCovey, in 1996 where he served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In 1998, Michael co-founded Quantum Learning, an Internet training company. Quantum Learning designed and produced PricewaterhouseCoopers financial planning campus, as well as marketing and education programs for Citibank, Bank of America, First Union Bank, Lincoln Benefit Life and Transamerica. Michael later joined INVESTools as an executive vice president and help launch BusinessWeek Investor Workshops and CNBC University. In 2004, he co-founded TrueNorth Academy which developed education programs for eBay University, TD AMERITRADE, Investor Business Daily and Zacks Investment Research. TrueNorth later merged with GlobalBased Technologies. Mr. Gillespie received his Bachelors of Science degree in Economics, and Masters of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Strategic Planning from Brigham Young University.

Joshua Miller, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Miller is a technologist with over 15 years experience in the industry. Prior to co-founding GlobalBased, he was Director of Production Development at Whizbang Labs. There he received various awards within the company for his efforts and managed relationships with clients such as Dun & Bradstreet, LexisNexis and the US Department of Labor. Prior to that, as a Senior Administrator at Pair Networks he improved the companies offerings by co-creating and managing the companies dedicated hosting division. Before undertaking his role at Pair Networks, he improved the search engine technology systems at Lycos, Inc. Mr. Miller brings not only his experience with machine learning and system architecture, but also his skill at creating strong development teams and lab environments.

Chad Iverson, Vice President – Operations
Mr. Iverson brings over fifteen years of startup experience to GlobalBased. Most recently he was Senior Director of Client Services at Extend Health where he built the team which led the pre-sale analysis, implementation and ongoing servicing of Extend's first 60 Fortune 500 clients, such as General Motors, Caterpillar, 3M and Whirlpool. Prior to Extend Health, Mr. Iverson held various business development and operational roles at Ancestry.com, AutoTrader.com and Interlink Management, all early in the companies' lifecycles. During this time he developed and managed relationships with companies such as eBay, AOL and 1800Flowers.com. He has a B.A. degree in political science from Brigham Young University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. He and his wife have four children and he regularly participates in triathlons and other adventure races.

Linda Linfield, Vice President – Communications
Mrs. Linfield brings 20 years of global communications and human resources experience in the high-tech and business consulting industries. During her 17 years at Novell, she held progressively responsible positions in both the marketing and human resources departments. She led teams responsible for organizational communications, including public relations, executive speech writing, employee communications, community relations and events management. She has provided executive, manager and employee coaching; 360-degree feedback programs; employee engagement surveys and action plans; organizational transformation, including change management in high-stakes environments such as mergers and acquisitions; recruiting and talent-development; and, performance management. She holds B.A. and M.A. degrees in Communications from Brigham Young University, where she subsequently taught senior-level communications courses.

Robert Sizemore, Vice President
Mr. Sizemore comes to this role with nearly eleven years of experience in the financial markets ranging from trading to designing, producing, and delivering education. Prior to joining GlobalBased, Mr. Sizemore was the Vice President of Education at TrueNorth Academy. While at TrueNorth, he authored, developed, and launched several investor education programs for such clients as TD AMERITRADE and optionsXpress. Prior to working with TrueNorth, he started an investor education company while also providing consultative services and product development for other competing firms within the investor education industry. Before his entrepreneurial venture, Mr. Sizemore worked with INVESTools as a Senior Trainer for the company's coaching staff while also contributing to the development and launch of their interactive training programs and advanced educational workshops. Before launching into the investor education area, Mr. Sizemore worked as a trader and broker at Fidelity Investments where he honed his trading skills and expertise in options, equities, and other financial instruments. Mr. Sizemore contributes not only his years of strategic and tactical management, but also his extensive knowledge and experience in product development and in creating systems and processes.

Wade Hallam, Controller
Prior to joining GlobalBased in 2010, Mr. Hallam was the controller at TrueNorth Academy from 2004-2009. Mr. Hallam oversees the accounting and human resources departments, to include, but not limited to, responsibility for accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial statement preparation, budgeting/forecasting, payroll, compensation, benefits administration, recruiting, and training. He served as the controller at INVESTools from 1999-2004. Mr. Hallam received his bachelor's degree in accounting from Brigham Young University in 1991. After graduation, he served in the US Army.
